Intelligent Particle Strength Tester is an intelligent measuring instrument, which is widely used in the determination of crushing strength of spherical, strip, and columnar rigid materials such as shaped coal, finished balls (cooked balls) in the metallurgical industry, and catalysts, molecular sieves, adsorbents in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum industries. It uses a single-chip microcomputer as the control core of the entire instrument, a high-precision force sensor as a force detection element, and a high-precision length-measuring device as a length-measuring instrument. The precision operational amplifier ensures the linear processing of analog signals. The reference of a single-chip microcomputer, its real-time sampling, judgment, analysis, and comparison make the instrument have high precision and high stability. The instrument is simple to operate, powerful, and has a high performance-price ratio.
