Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Tester

Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Instrument, simulates gastrointestinal conditions by simple programming, and conducts in vitro dissolution pH curve analysis with biocorrelated stirring rate and retention time. Can be used for release rate testing of floating agents, microspheres and chewers. Test and transfer various samples with one instrument, saving valuable bench space. Samples can be automatically transferred from one medium to another without operator intervention. RCWF-1 meets the requirements of Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Instrument, USP 3 Method and USP 7 Method, EP Conformity Specification.

Automatic programmed operation:

The RCWF-1 can automatically transfer samples to another row of media, with a separate sealing cap that can automatically open and close, and can operate for a long time when unattended.

Run flexible programming

RCWF-1 can freely set the program, which can directly control the infiltration time, stroke length, stirring speed, reciprocating time, discharge time, sampling frequency, and movement between dissolution cups. Single-row or double-row tests can be carried out. Open procedures are more conducive to drug development.

Double row sample grade

RCWF-1 has double-row sample grade, which can test 14 cups of samples at the same time, which is conducive to the comparison test of the original research test and the test.
