The protective clothing thermal conductivity tester is a professional equipment specially used to detect the heat transfer characteristics of protective clothing.

Structural composition

Thermal environment control module:

can accurately set and maintain the temperature of the high temperature side, simulate human fever or external high temperature environment, and usually can adjust the temperature range to a wide range, such as 30℃ - 60℃.

Cold environment control module

used to maintain a constant temperature on the low temperature side, forming a temperature difference with the hot environment. Common temperature control methods include water cooling or air cooling to ensure temperature stability.

Application significance

In the medical field, it helps develop and screen more comfortable medical protective clothing to prevent heat accumulation and discomfort caused by long-term wearing for medical staff, and reduce the risk of heat stroke; in the industrial and fire protection fields, it can evaluate the thermal insulation effect of high-temperature protective clothing to ensure the safety of workers in high-temperature environments and prevent heat injuries.

Spacer: 128 mm x 128 mm x 6.4 mm with a 110 mm x 110 mm hole in the center.

Data Acquisition System: Real-time recording of temperature changes and heat transfer rate.

Control System: Pneumatic control unit and heat-shielded specimen holder ensure test stability.

Professional Software: Supports heat transfer index calculation and generation of multi-sample averages.
